The new Tru hotel had a modern vibe, but breakfast options were limited and disappointing. I enjoyed the clean room and great design.

Modern design, comfortable beds

Housekeeping issues with cleanliness including debris in the room and no refresh during stay. Lack of basic amenities like in-room coffee and microwaves, alongside confusing policies on upgrades and loyalty points.

I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options and the lack of an in-room microwave. The noise from the nearby traffic was a bit bothersome at night. This hotel could be a decent option for families or short visits, but improvements in the breakfast and room amenities would enhance the overall experience.

Enjoyed the clean room with vibrant decor, especially the amusing pancake maker. The pool table was a great touch for our downtime.

Got a room on the top floor with a wicked nice view of Ringgold Gap. The staff was super friendly, especially that lady who cleaned my coffee spill. But that breakfast? Could've used a toaster or some more options-seriously, just a cold bagel doesn't cut it. And what's with the early check-in hassle?

The room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable 😊. the location was great - it was within a short walking distance to both a bustling center and the constant traffic of big trucks. Plus, being near I-75 was very convenient.
